URUGUAYAN WINE WITH A
SOUTH AFRICAN TOUCH.

In the heart of a Uruguayan family with an extensive tradition of making high quality wines and under the tender care of the South African winemaker Riaan van der Spuy, URUKA was born. Six years after their founders met during a harvest in California (U.S.A.) they are realizing their dreams of shaping a wine with the same passion that unites them.

This exceptional wine takes its original name from the combination of the first three letters of the word Uruguay and the last two of "Suid Afrika" (South Africa, in the Afrikaans language) – a tribute to Riaan and Claudia´s native lands.
