URUKA MontRubí TANNAT LIQUOR

TASTING NOTES

Ruby color with purple hues. Nose expresses black fruits, violet petals, vanilla and chocolate. Mouth feel offers round, sweet tannins with great volume and long persistence.
Serving temperature: 16 °C.

WINE ELABORATION

Manual harvesting of grapes. Fermentation maintained at a controlled temperature (26-28 °C) in an open tank wetting the cap with four daily pump-overs. Fermentation “stopped” with high quality wine alcohol, keeping great part of the natural grape sugars. Fermentation "turn off" with premium wine alcohol, preserving notable components of the natural grape sugars.
