TASTING NOTES
Seductive color, deep purple and intense with complex aromas of ripe plums and red fruits. Reminisces of wood spices. Full bodied with sweet matured tannins and a long finish.

WINE ELABORATION
Manual gathering of grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (26-28 °C) in an open tank, wetting the cap with two daily pump overs. One daily pump over during five days in the post fermentative maceration.
Natural malolactic fermentation. Maturing in French oak for six months.
Estate bottled. Rest period in the bottle during 18 months before market release.
